Here is an overview of what the next steps are:

• You fill in an initial form that will give us most of the background knowledge we need in order to study your business area.
• We then get back to you with some more detailed questions that will assist us in giving you a quotation that applies specifically to your requirements.
• We are available to answer all questions explaining our quotation if needed.
• After we have signed an agreement, you “relax” while we work on a realistic time table for your project. When we have completed this, we present it to you and will revise it as needed until a fitting plan is created that suites your needs, time frame and budget.
• We then produce the Requests for Quotations for all of the professional services you will need.
• Either you send out the RFQ’s to the professionals that you desire, or we can do it for you. You can find a list of recommended professionals on our web resources pages. (Our criteria for getting onto this list is very strict and if someone is listed, they have been thoroughly checked by our team.
• We go over the quotations for you and help you make the right choice according to predefined criteria. (Price, Experience, Recommendations or Your first impressions.) We can only make suggestions about who to go with, but the final decision is yours.
• We define the contract for the various services.
• We oversee the design and the SEO process according to the timetables set out in the contract.
• Any deviation from timetable schedules we enquire about and solve problems immediately.
• All content can be transferred to website developer or passed through us to check the content so that it makes sense to the Search Engines. (Yes, they understand).

At the end of the website building process, we make sure that you understand what is needed for the upkeep of your site and then our job is done.
